Not a team of analysts. Not an agency. Not outsourced writers.
Just me and an AI system I call AgentValet, running the whole thing: 4 pillar guides, weekly editorial research, a live pricing pipeline pulling from 15 SaaS vendors, ECB currency data, dynamic country-pair pSEO pages, monthly EOR compensation refreshes.
Here's exactly what it does, what it costs, and what it produces.
What AgentValet does on CrossBorderPlus
Editorial engineering (would normally require a research analyst + web developer):
- Astro static site built from scratch — custom pillar templates, Tailwind design system, sitemap + robots automation
- Daily ECB currency-rate pipeline pulling 24 currencies, backfilled to 365 days, feeding dynamic pSEO country pages
- Weekly vendor-pricing snapshot pipeline — 15 SaaS vendors monitored (EOR, fintech, incorporation, AI tools), price changes detected automatically
- Cloudflare Pages deploy pipeline — build to live in under 90 seconds
- WHOIS transparency + domain hygiene managed via CF Registrar API
Content operation (would normally require a full-time editorial team):
- 4 pillar guides being drafted in parallel — EOR, fintech, US incorporation, AI tools
- 24 country-pair pSEO pages (send-USD-to-INR, send-USD-to-PLN, etc.) with real fee-comparison math
- 15 affiliate advertiser evaluations run through the same pricing verification pipeline
- Currency and pricing data updated on cron — no manual editorial refresh needed
Ops & commerce:
- CF Email Routing → single Gmail inbox, no separate mail server
- Affiliate redirect layer at CF edge (
/go/{brand}) with per-site UTM attribution - Sitemap + AI-crawler policies (block GPTBot/ClaudeBot/CCBot from copying content) auto-injected

Running this at the level of "a research site with live pricing data across 15 vendors + a currency pipeline" traditionally requires at least 3 roles:

Q: Is the content really AI-generated?
A: The research pipeline, pricing snapshots, and draft-level writing are AI-produced. I write strategy, verify every price and policy claim against source, and make editorial calls. AI drafts, I ship.
Q: Doesn't Google penalize AI content?
A: Google penalizes low-quality content. Every price on this site is either freshly fetched from the vendor or interior-linked to a manually verified source with date. Country-pair pSEO pages are backed by ECB mid-market rate data, not hallucination.
Q: Can you do this for a non-SaaS niche?
A: Yes. AgentValet is niche-agnostic. The patterns (pillar guides, price pipelines, pSEO templates, affiliate attribution) apply to any research-driven content site.
Q: How long until I see results?
A: Setup takes 3-7 days. First automated pipelines running within 2 weeks. SEO results depend on niche competitiveness.
